Mini mozzarella pizzas with raspberries
Ingredients
for 20 pieces
| 800 g | pizza dough |
| 2 tbsp | olive oil |
| 5 tbsp | grated Parmesan |
| 150 g | mozzarella, cut into cubes |
| 1 tbsp | oregano leaves, finely chopped |
| ¼ tsp | sea salt |
| a little | pepper |
| 250 g | raspberries |
How it's done
Mini pizzas
Divide the dough into 20 portions, shape into balls, place on two baking trays lined with baking paper, flatten a little. Drizzle with oil, scatter the cheese and oregano on top, season, arrange the raspberries on top.
To bake
Approx. 20 mins. in an oven preheated to 200 °C (convection).
