Schnitzel rolls
Ingredients
for 4 person
| 3 tbsp | cream quark |
| 1 tbsp | coarse-grain mustard |
| ½ tsp | sambal oelek |
| 1 tbsp | olive oil for frying |
| 4 | veal steak (approx. 70 g each) |
| ½ tsp | salt |
| a little | pepper |
| 200 g | baguette |
| 50 g | cress |
| 100 g | feta, crumbled |
| 1 | tomato, sliced |
How it's done
Seasoned quark
Mix all the ingredients well.
Schnitzel rolls
Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan and fry the cutlets for about 1 min. on each side, season. Cut the baguette into 4 equally-sized pieces, then cut them open so that they are still attached on one side. Spread the seasoned quark onto the cut surfaces of the bread, place the cress, meat, feta and tomatoes into the bread roll.
