Salmon & avocado appetizers
Ingredients
for 2 person
| 1 | avocado, sliced |
| ½ | lime, juice only |
| 100 g | smoked salmon, cut into slices |
| 4 tbsp | horseradish mousse |
| 1 handful | cress |
| pepper to taste |
How it's done
As a starter or snack
Immediately drizzle the avocado slices with lime juice. Lay out the slices of salmon, spread a little horseradish mousse on each slice, top with a slice of avocado and roll up the salmon pieces. Garnish with a little cress and season with pepper.
