Cherry spritzer
Ingredients
for 4 glasses
1 dl | water |
150 g | frozen cherries |
50 g | sugar |
5 dl | sparkling mineral water |
2 tbsp | kirsch |
1 tbsp | lemon juice |
12 | ice cubes |
8 | frozen cherries |
How it's done
Cherry puree
Bring the water, cherries and sugar to the boil, simmer for approx. 5 mins. Puree the cherries, leave to cool. Divide the cherry puree between 4 glasses.
Drink
Mix the water, kirsch and lemon juice, pour into the glasses containing the cherry puree, stir. Add 3 ice cubes and 2 cherries to each glass, serve immediately.
