Spicy beef strips

Ingredients

for 2 person

Meat
½ tbsp oil, for frying
300 g beef frying steaks (minute steaks), cut into strips
¼ tsp salt
a little  pepper
Vegetables
½ tbsp oil for frying
300 g sweet potatoes, cut into cubes
150 g broccoli, cut into florets
1 dl water
¼ tsp salt
a little  pepper
2 tsp hot chilli sauce (e.g. Sriracha)

How it's done

Meat

Heat the oil in a frying pan. Add the meat, stir fry for approx. 3 mins., season, remove from the pan, keep warm.

Vegetables

Heat the oil in the same pan. Add the potatoes and broccoli, sauté for approx. 2 mins. Pour in the water, bring to the boil, season. Reduce the heat, cover and simmer for approx. 5 mins. Return the meat to the pan, stir in the hot chilli sauce, heat gently.
