Salmon sandwich with matcha butter
Ingredients
for 4 person
100 g | butter, soft |
1 tbsp | matcha powder |
½ tsp | salt |
12 slice | toast bread (e.g. plain toast bread without the crust) |
200 g | smoked salmon |
½ | cucumber, sliced |
20 g | garden cress |
How it's done
Matcha butter
Beat the butter with the whisk on a hand mixer until light and creamy, add the matcha and salt, mix well.
Sandwich
Spread the matcha butter on one half of the toast slices. Top 8 slices alternately with salmon, cucumber and cress, stack 2 of them on top of each other and place 1 plain buttered slice on top. Press the sandwiches together lightly, cut in half diagonally.
