Ingredients

Piadina
100 g crème fraîche
dried tomatoes, finely chopped
piadina flatbreads
100 g Parmesan, shaved into thin strips using a peeler
100 g cured ham in slices, sliced
20 g rocket

How it's done

Piadina

Mix the crème fraîche and tomatoes, spread the mixture on one side of the piadina. Top the piadina with parmesan, cured ham and rocket, fold together.

Charcoal/gas/electric barbecue: Cover and grill the piadina over/on a medium heat (approx. 200 °C for approx. 3 mins. on each side.
