Grilled piadina
Ingredients
for 4 person
100 g | crème fraîche |
6 | dried tomatoes, finely chopped |
4 | piadina flatbreads |
100 g | Parmesan, shaved into thin strips using a peeler |
100 g | cured ham in slices, sliced |
20 g | rocket |
How it's done
Piadina
Mix the crème fraîche and tomatoes, spread the mixture on one side of the piadina. Top the piadina with parmesan, cured ham and rocket, fold together.
Charcoal/gas/electric barbecue: Cover and grill the piadina over/on a medium heat (approx. 200 °C for approx. 3 mins. on each side.
