5-minute power muesli with mango and blueberries
Ingredients
for 2 person
| 9 tbsp | rolled oats |
| 9 tbsp | popped amaranth |
| 2 tbsp | flaked almonds |
| 2 tbsp | Karma Coconut Chips Sweet |
| 2 ½ tbsp | maple syrup |
| ¼ tsp | cinnamon |
| 1 pinch | Himalayan salt |
| 1 | mango, diced |
| 250 g | blueberry |
| 2 tsp | white almond cream |
| 2 dl | almond drink |
| 2 dl | rice drink |
| 4 | ice cube |
| 2 tsp | coconut palm sugar |
How it's done
Muesli
Mix all the ingredients, toast in a wide-bottomed pan for approx. 8 mins. until golden brown. Leave to cool.
Topping & garnish
Spoon the muesli into bowls, top with the mango, berries and 1 tsp of almond cream. Puree the cold almond milk and rice drink with the remaining almond cream, ice cubes and coconut palm sugar, pour over the muesli, serve immediately.
