Pastrami & vegetable sandwiches
Ingredients
for 4 person
2 tbsp | coarse-grain mustard |
1 tbsp | herbal vinegar |
2 tbsp | olive oil |
2 tbsp | crème fraîche |
100 g | pitted green olives, finely chopped |
500 g | bread (e.g. brown bread), sliced, toasted |
8 | lettuce leaves |
6 | mini cucumbers, sliced lengthwise |
1 bunch | radish, sliced |
240 g | pastrami or roast beef, sliced |
a little | cress |
How it's done
Dressing
Mix the mustard with all the other ingredients up to and including the crème fraîche, stir in the olives.
Bread
Spread the olive mixture on the bread.
Topping
Top the bread with the lettuce, cucumber, radish, meat and cress.
