Pastrami & vegetable sandwiches

Ingredients

for 4 person

Dressing
2 tbsp coarse-grain mustard
1 tbsp herbal vinegar
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp crème fraîche
100 g pitted green olives, finely chopped
Bread
500 g bread (e.g. brown bread), sliced, toasted
Topping
lettuce leaves
mini cucumbers, sliced lengthwise
1 bunch radish, sliced
240 g pastrami or roast beef, sliced
a little  cress

How it's done

Dressing

Mix the mustard with all the other ingredients up to and including the crème fraîche, stir in the olives.

Bread

Spread the olive mixture on the bread.

Topping

Top the bread with the lettuce, cucumber, radish, meat and cress.
