Mediterranean dip
Ingredients
for 2 dl
| 180 g | sour single cream |
| 1 | lemon, use a little grated zest and 1 tsp of juice |
| 50 g | black olives, finely chopped |
| 1 tbsp | capers, finely chopped |
| 2 | anchovy fillets, finely chopped |
| 1 bunch | flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped |
| salt, to taste | |
| pepper, to taste |
How it's done
Mix the sour single cream with all the other ingredients up to and including the parsley, season.
