Ingredients

for 2 dl

180 g sour single cream
lemon, use a little grated zest and 1 tsp of juice
50 g black olives, finely chopped
1 tbsp capers, finely chopped
anchovy fillets, finely chopped
1 bunch flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
  salt, to taste
  pepper, to taste

How it's done

Mix the sour single cream with all the other ingredients up to and including the parsley, season.
