Parmesan & pumpkin seed dip
Ingredients
for 2 dl
125 g | cream cheese, plain (e.g. Coop Naturaplan) |
100 g | low-fat quark |
20 g | pumpkin seeds, roasted, finely chopped |
20 g | Parmesan, grated |
1 bunch | chives, finely chopped |
½ tsp | salt |
a little | pepper |
How it's done
Mix the cream cheese with all the other ingredients up to and including the chives, season.
