Ingredients

for 2 dl

125 g cream cheese, plain (e.g. Coop Naturaplan)
100 g low-fat quark
20 g pumpkin seeds, roasted, finely chopped
20 g Parmesan, grated
1 bunch chives, finely chopped
½ tsp salt
a little  pepper

How it's done

Mix the cream cheese with all the other ingredients up to and including the chives, season.
