Blinis with cured ham
Ingredients
for 16 pieces
200 g | crème fraîche |
2 tbsp | pesto rosso (red pesto) |
salt and pepper to taste | |
32 | crackers |
200 g | cured ham in slices |
1 bunch | flat-leaf parsley |
How it's done
Mix the crème fraîche with the pesto, season. Cover half of the blinis with half of the crème fraîche. Place half a slice of cured ham on top of each blini. Remove the parsley leaves and arrange 2-3 leaves on each blini. Spread the rest of the crème fraîche over the top, cover each one with a blini and garnish with the remaining parsley.
