Guacamole with tortilla chips
Ingredients
for 4 person
2 | ripe avocados |
2 tsp | lime juice |
1 | tomato |
1 | onion |
1 | red chilli |
salt and pepper to taste | |
½ bunch | coriander |
200 g | tortilla chips |
How it's done
Halve the avocados, remove the stones, scoop out the flesh, mash finely with a fork, stir in the lime juice immediately. Dice the tomato, finely chop the onion, deseed and finely chop the chilli, mix everything into the guacamole, season. Finely chop the coriander and stir in shortly before serving.
Serve with tortilla chips.
