Peanut soup
Ingredients
for 4 person
1 tbsp | peanut oil |
2 | spring onions incl. green parts, cut into thin rings, reserving a little of the green parts |
1 | red chilli, finely chopped |
120 g | salted, roasted peanuts, ground |
4 dl | vegetable bouillon |
1 ½ dl | full cream |
3 tbsp | white vermouth |
How it's done
Vegetables & peanuts
Heat the oil and briefly sauté the onions and chilli. Add the peanuts and briefly sauté, stirring.
Soup
Pour in the remaining ingredients, simmer for approx. 5 mins. Garnish with the reserved green part of the spring onions.
