Ingredients

for 4 person

Vegetables & peanuts
1 tbsp peanut oil
spring onions incl. green parts, cut into thin rings, reserving a little of the green parts
red chilli, finely chopped
120 g salted, roasted peanuts, ground
Soup
4 dl vegetable bouillon
1 ½ dl full cream
3 tbsp white vermouth

How it's done

Vegetables & peanuts

Heat the oil and briefly sauté the onions and chilli. Add the peanuts and briefly sauté, stirring.

Soup

Pour in the remaining ingredients, simmer for approx. 5 mins. Garnish with the reserved green part of the spring onions.
