Chilli sin carne
Ingredients
for 4 person
| 1 tbsp | olive oil |
| 1 pack | Délicorn Gehacktes (230 g) |
| 1 | onion, finely chopped |
| 1 | garlic clove, pressed |
| 1 tin | red kidney beans (approx. 400 g), rinsed, drained |
| 1 tin | corn kernels (approx. 280 g), rinsed, drained |
| 2 | tomatoes |
| 1 | red chilli |
| 1 dl | vegetable bouillon |
| 2 tsp | chilli powder |
| ¼ tsp | cumin, ground |
| ¼ tsp | salt |
| tortilla chips |
How it's done
Heat the oil in a frying pan, brown the mince for approx. 4 mins. Add the onions, garlic, beans, sweetcorn, tomatoes and chilli, fry for about a minute, reduce the heat. Pour in the stock, season, cover and simmer for approx. 3 mins.
