Ingredients

for 4 person

1 tbsp olive oil
1 pack Délicorn Gehacktes (230 g)
onion, finely chopped
garlic clove, pressed
1 tin red kidney beans (approx. 400 g), rinsed, drained
1 tin corn kernels (approx. 280 g), rinsed, drained
tomatoes
red chilli
1 dl vegetable bouillon
2 tsp chilli powder
¼ tsp cumin, ground
¼ tsp salt
  tortilla chips

How it's done

Heat the oil in a frying pan, brown the mince for approx. 4 mins. Add the onions, garlic, beans, sweetcorn, tomatoes and chilli, fry for about a minute, reduce the heat. Pour in the stock, season, cover and simmer for approx. 3 mins.
