Beef tartare with dukkah, avocado and lime
Ingredients
for 2 person
260 g | Fine Food Beefsteak Tatar, defrosted |
2 tsp | Fine Food Dukkah |
2 tbsp | sour single cream |
1 | lime, rinsed with hot water; use only half of grated zest and 2 tbsp of juice |
a little | pepper |
½ | red chilli, deseeded, finely chopped |
½ | avocado |
2 slice | toast bread, roasted |
a little | rocket |
salt |
How it's done
Combine the tartar with the dukkah. Combine the sour cream with the lime zest, salt and pepper. Combine the lime juice, chilli and avocado and finely mash with a fork. Using a serving ring, cut out a circle from 1 slice of toast and, using the cutter, place on a plate. Spread half the tartar and half the avocado paste on the toast in layers. Remove the cutter. Repeat to create a second circle and garnish with rocket.
