Ribs on a bed of lentils and vegetables

Ingredients

for 4 person

1 tbsp butter
garlic clove, finely chopped
500 g smoked ribs, cut into approx. 2 cm cubes
300 g carrots, cut into approx. 1 cm cubes
200 g green lentils
5 dl water
  salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp chives, finely chopped

How it's done

Heat the butter, sauté the garlic, add the pork, cover and simmer for approx. 10 mins Add the carrots, lentils and water, simmer for about another 30 mins., season. Scatter over the chives.
