Ribs on a bed of lentils and vegetables
Ingredients
for 4 person
| 1 tbsp | butter |
| 1 | garlic clove, finely chopped |
| 500 g | smoked ribs, cut into approx. 2 cm cubes |
| 300 g | carrots, cut into approx. 1 cm cubes |
| 200 g | green lentils |
| 5 dl | water |
| salt and pepper to taste | |
| 2 tbsp | chives, finely chopped |
How it's done
Heat the butter, sauté the garlic, add the pork, cover and simmer for approx. 10 mins Add the carrots, lentils and water, simmer for about another 30 mins., season. Scatter over the chives.
