Orange and panettone tiramisù
Ingredients
for 6 person
| 1 | orange, use all of the juice (yields approx. 1 dl) |
| 2 tbsp | orange liqueur (e.g. Grand Marnier), to taste |
| 2 tbsp | icing sugar |
| 250 g | mascarpone |
| 250 g | cream quark |
| 4 tbsp | milk |
| 4 tbsp | icing sugar |
| 350 g | panettone, in slices of approx. 1 cm |
| 2 | oranges, peeled, quartered, in approox. 5 mm thick slices |
| 1 tbsp | cocoa powder |
How it's done
Liquid
Mix the orange juice with the liqueur and the icing sugar.
Mascarpone mixture
Thoroughly combine the Mascarpone, quark, milk and icing sugar.
Layer
Arrange half the Panettone slices in the tin. Drizzle over half the liquid. Top with the oranges. Distribute half the Mascarpone mixture over the oranges. Top with the remaining slices of Panettone and drizzle over the remaining liquid. Top with the remaining Mascarpone mixture. Cover and refrigerate for approx. 4 hrs. Dust the tiramisù with cocoa shortly before serving.
