Squash and grape tart with diced ham
Ingredients
for 4 person
1 | pastry dough, rolled into a circle |
500 g | squash (e.g. Butternut) diced |
2 tbsp | breadcrumbs |
100 g | ham, diced |
100 g | mushrooms, quartered |
½ dl | white wine |
½ dl | milk |
200 g | cream cheese with herbs |
2 | eggs |
¾ tsp | salt |
a little | nutmeg |
pepper | |
100 g | blue and white grapes |
How it's done
Tart
Place the shortcrust pastry and baking paper in a tart tin (approx. 27 cm in diameter) and firmly prick the base. Distribute the squash, mushrooms and ham on top.
Sauce
Mix the white wine with all the other ingredients up to and including the eggs, season. Pour the sauce over the vegetables.
Bake for approx. 50 mins. on the bottom shelf of an oven preheated to 200°C. Top with the grapes approx. 15 mins. before the cooking time is up.
