Strawberry cream dessert
Ingredients
for 4 person
500 g | strawberry, grated with a rösti grater |
2 tbsp | sugar |
4 ball | lemon sorbet |
2 dl | cream, beaten until stiff |
4 | strawberries, sliced |
peppermint leaf |
How it's done
Place the ice cream dishes in the freezer. Mix the strawberries and sugar. Shortly before serving, roughly mix the sorbet and strawberries.
Loosely fold in the whipped cream, serve immediately, decorate with the strawberry slices and mint.
