Grilled stuffed peppers
Ingredients
for 4 person
| 2 | red peppers, cut in half crosswise |
| ¼ tsp | herb salt |
| a little | pepper |
| 80 g | dry-cured country bacon, cut into strips |
| 3 | eggs |
| 3 dl | cream |
| 1 tbsp | marjoram, finely chopped |
| 1 ½ tsp | herb salt |
| a little | pepper |
How it's done
Season the peppers inside and arrange on a greased baking tray. Divide the bacon between the peppers. To make the sauce, combine the eggs, cream and marjoram, season and divide between the peppers.
Charcoal/gas/electric grill: Grill the peppers for approx. 25 mins. over/on a medium heat.
