These soft, fluffy cottage cheese rolls are a genuine delight with their deliciously tangy cheese flavour. Cottage cheese and Gruyère provide plenty of protein, while the fresh chives add a subtle spicy note and the mixed seeds give the rolls a delicate crispness. Quick to make and a real all-rounder – perfect for breakfast or brunch. Best served warm with butter, cream cheese or your favourite spread.
