Strawberry and basil negroni
Ingredients
for 1 glass
| 70 g | strawberries, cut into pieces |
| 2 sprig | basil, leaves torn off |
| 2 cl | gin |
| 2 cl | Campari bitter |
| 2 cl | red vermouth |
| some | ice cubes |
| 1 | strawberry |
| 1 sprig | basil |
How it's done
Cocktail
Place the strawberries and basil in the shaker, crush with a muddler or a wooden spoon. Pour the gin, Campari and vermouth into the shaker along with several ice cubes, shake well for approx. 30 secs. Place several ice cubes in the glass, pour the cocktail into the glass through a fine sieve.
To serve
Decorate the cocktail with the strawberry and basil.
