Cloud bread with chocolate

This cloud bread is truly worthy of its name. It is light, fluffy, soft and incredibly delicious – utterly dreamy. You only need four ingredients and ten minutes to try out this special recipe.

Ingredients

for 4 person

Cloud bread
fresh egg whites (approx. 200 g)
20 g Maizena cornflour
20 g liquid honey
30 g chocolate cubes

How it's done

Cloud bread

Add the egg white, cornflour and honey to a bowl, beat until stiff and glossy using the whisk on a mixer. Add half of the chocolate chips, carefully fold in. Transfer the mixture to a baking tray lined with baking paper, shape into a dome. Sprinkle with the remaining chocolate chips.

To bake

Approx. 30 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 150 °C. Remove from the oven, leave to cool on a rack.
