Cloud bread with chocolate
Ingredients
for 4 person
| 6 | fresh egg whites (approx. 200 g) |
| 20 g | Maizena cornflour |
| 20 g | liquid honey |
| 30 g | chocolate cubes |
How it's done
Cloud bread
Add the egg white, cornflour and honey to a bowl, beat until stiff and glossy using the whisk on a mixer. Add half of the chocolate chips, carefully fold in. Transfer the mixture to a baking tray lined with baking paper, shape into a dome. Sprinkle with the remaining chocolate chips.
To bake
Approx. 30 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 150 °C. Remove from the oven, leave to cool on a rack.
