Grilled cheese sandwiches with jam
Ingredients
for 4 pieces
| 50 g | grated mozzarella |
| 50 g | grated Gruyère |
| 50 g | grated Sbrinz |
| 8 slice | brioche bread or zopf |
| 4 tsp | blackberry jam |
| 2 tbsp | clarified butter |
| 4 sprig | rosemary |
How it's done
Sandwiches
Mix the cheese, spread on four slices of bread. Spread the remaining slices of bread with the jam, then place them on top with the jam side facing down.
To fry
Heat 1 tbsp of clarified butter in a wide non-stick frying pan. Reduce the heat, add half of the rosemary. Cover and fry the sandwiches for approx. 3 mins. Turn the sandwiches, add the remainder of the clarified butter and rosemary, cover and fry for approx. 3 mins.
