Nectarine cobbler
Ingredients
for 6 person
| 1 tbsp | Maizena cornflour |
| 1 tbsp | lemon juice |
| 600 g | nectarines, cut into wedges |
| 50 g | sugar |
| 1 parcel | vanilla sugar |
| ¼ tsp | cinnamon |
| 120 g | white flour |
| 80 g | sugar |
| 1 tsp | baking powder |
| ¼ tsp | bourbon vanilla powder |
| 1 pinch | salt |
| 1 dl | milk |
| 75 g | butter, melted, left to cool |
How it's done
Nectarines
Mix the cornflour and lemon juice in a bowl. Add the nectarines and all the other ingredients up to and including the cinnamon, mix, transfer to the prepared dish.
Batter
In a bowl, mix the flour with all the other ingredients up to and including the salt. Pour in the milk and butter, mix. Spread the batter on top of the nectarines.
To bake
Approx. 40 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 180 °C. Remove, allow to cool slightly.
