Fig pralines
Ingredients
for 10 pieces
| 10 | dried figs |
| 10 | walnut kernels |
| 50 g | peanut cream |
| 100 g | Betty Bossi Couverture Drops dunkel, melted |
| a little | sea salt |
How it's done
Figs
Cut the figs open, but not all the way through. Spread peanut butter over one of the cut surfaces, insert one walnut kernel into each fig, press the figs together gently.
Pralines
Pour the couverture into a small bowl. Dip the figs into the couverture one at a time, allow the excess to drip off, place on a sheet of baking paper. Sprinkle with fleur de sel, chill for approx. 15 mins.
