Brazilian acai bowl
Ingredients
for 4 person
| 300 g | bananas, very ripe, in pieces |
| 2 ½ dl | coconut milk |
| 250 g | acai drops (Wholey) |
| 1 | banana, in slices |
| 100 g | strawberries, cut into wedges |
| 2 tbsp | coconut flakes |
How it's done
To prepare
Place the pieces of banana on a plate lined with baking paper, freeze for approx 8 hrs. or overnight.
Acai
Place the frozen bananas and coconut milk with the acai-drops in a blender, puree. Keep pushing the mixture down with a rubber spatula, continue to puree until you have an even mixture.
To serve
Divide the acai mixture between the bowls, decorate with the fruit, sprinkle with the coconut flakes.
