Strawberries with pink peppercorns and mascarpone
Ingredients
for 4 person
| 250 g | mascarpone |
| 150 g | plain yoghurt |
| 1 tbsp | icing sugar |
| 1 | vanilla pod, cut lenghtwise, seeds scratched out |
| 500 g | strawberries, cut into pieces |
| ½ tbsp | pink peppercorns, crushed |
| 1 | organic lime, use a little grated zest and 1 tbsp of juice |
| 200 g | cantucci |
How it's done
Mascarpone cream
Using the whisk on a mixer, whisk the mascarpone, yoghurt, icing sugar and vanilla seeds in a bowl until the mixture is creamy.
Strawberries
Mix the strawberries, pepper, lime zest and juice in a small bowl.
To serve
Plate up the strawberries with the mascarpone cream. Serve with cantucci.
