Berry yoghurt trifle
Ingredients
for 2 person
| 150 g | plain greek yoghurt |
| 1 parcel | vanilla sugar |
| 1 dl | full cream |
| 100 g | raspberries |
| 1 tbsp | sugar |
| 80 g | butter biscuit, crumbled |
| 100 g | blackberries, cut in half or into quarters |
How it's done
Yoghurt mixture
Place the yoghurt, vanilla sugar and cream in a measuring cup, beat until fluffy using the whisk on a mixer.
Trifle
Using a fork, mash the raspberries and sugar in a bowl. Fill the glasses with alternate layers of the puree, biscuit crumbs, blackberries and yoghurt mixture.
