Berry Blitz Tiramisu
Ingredients
for 2 person
| 50 g | sponge fingers, crushed |
| 1 dl | espresso, chilled |
| ½ tbsp | sugar |
| 200 g | crème fraîche |
| 2 tbsp | sugar |
| 200 g | mixed berries (e.g. raspberries, blueberries, strawberries) |
| ½ tbsp | chocolate powder |
| 50 g | mixed berries (e.g. raspberries, blueberries, strawberries) |
How it's done
Sponge fingers
Distribute the sponge fingers in the glasses. Mix the espresso and sugar together, then drizzle over the sponge fingers.
Cream dessert
Place the crème fraîche and sugar in a bowl, beat until stiff using the whisk attachment on a mixer. Cut the strawberries into pieces of about 1 cm, mix with the remaining berries, distribute over the sponge fingers in the glasses, chill for about 10 mins.
To decorate
Dust the tiramisu with cocoa powder and garnish with berries.
