Ingredients

for 1 person

Lemongrass syrup
2 dl water
200 g sugar
2 stick lemongrass, coarsely chopped
Cocktail
some  ice cubes
1 dl G'nuine Zero Cucumber Lemongrass
1 ½ cl lemon juice
7 cl sparkling mineral water
To serve
a little  cucumber, cut lengthwise into slices approx. 2 mm thick
1 sprig dill

How it's done

Lemongrass syrup

Pour the water and sugar into a pan, bring to the boil while stirring occasionally. Reduce the heat, add the lemongrass, reduce over a low heat for approx. 15 mins. until you have a syrupy consistency. Pour the syrup through a sieve, then bring to the boil once more. While still boiling hot, pour the syrup into a clean, warm bottle (approx 300 ml) and fill to just below the rim, seal immediately, leave to cool.

Cocktail

Fill the glass with several ice cubes. Add 1½ cl of the lemongrass syrup and all the other ingredients up to and including the lemon juice. Add the water, briefly stir the cocktail.

To serve

Decorate the cocktail with cucumber and dill.
