Apple cider vinegar gummies

Who didn't like gummy bears as a child? Personally, I loved them. With this recipe, I wanted to relive that memory – with a healthy ingredient, apple cider vinegar, and no added sugar. The result were these delectably fruity and slightly tangy sweets.

Ingredients

for 36 pieces

½ dl apple juice
½ dl orange juice
1 ½ tbsp apple vinegar
2 tbsp honey
6 leaf gelatine, immersed in cold water for approx. 5 mins., drained

How it's done

Heat the apple juice in a small pan along with all the other ingredients up to and including the honey. Remove the pan from the heat, stir in the gelatine. Pour the mixture into the mould, leave to cool, chill for approx. 1 hr.

Carefully remove the gummy bears from the mould. Store the gummy bears in an airtight container in the fridge.
