Ingredients

for 1 person

Cocktail
5 cl	Beaver's Dram Canadian Rye Whisky Portwood finish
2 cl	Monin syrup cane sugar
2 cl	lemon juice
1	fresh egg white
some	ice cubes

To serve
1 ½ cl	Monteiro Puby Port

How it's done

Cocktail

Pour the whisky into the shaker along with all the other ingredients up to and including the egg white, shake well for approx. 10 secs. Add several ice cubes, shake well again for approx. 10 secs. Place several ice cubes in the glass, pour the cocktail into the glass through a fine sieve.

To serve

Carefully drizzle the port over the cocktail using the back of a tablespoon, so that a dark red layer forms on the surface.
