Cocktail

3 cl	Trojka Sun vodka liqueur
2 cl	Stoli Vodka
1 cl	lime juice
½	passion fruit, pulp scooped out
	crushed ice
8 cl	ginger beer

To serve

2 sprigs	peppermint
½	passion fruit

How it's done

Cocktail

Pour the vodka liqueur into the glass along with all the other ingredients up to and including the passion fruit pulp, add a little crushed ice, stir for approx. 10 secs. until cold. Pour in the ginger beer, then top up the glass with crushed ice.

To serve

Decorate the cocktail with mint and passion fruit.
