Ingredients

Cocktail
5 cl	Nordés Atlantic Galician Gin
2 cl	Monin syrup cane sugar
2 cl	lemon juice
5	raspberries, crushed
some	ice cubes

To decorate
1	raspberry

How it's done

Cocktail

Pour the gin into the shaker along with all the other ingredients up to and including several ice cubes, shake well for approx. 10 secs. Pour the cocktail through a fine sieve into the glass.

To decorate

Decorate the cocktail with the raspberry.
