Ingredients

for 1 person

Cocktail
1 dl Prosecco (dry)
some  ice cubes
5 cl Lillet Blanc
1 ½ cl elderflower syrup
1 ½ cl lemon juice
½ cl pastis (aniseed schnapps)
3 cl sparkling mineral water
To serve
1 slice organic lemon
1 sprig peppermint

How it's done

Cocktail

Pour the Prosecco into a glass, add several ice cubes. Add the Lillet and all the other ingredients up to and including the pastis. Pour in the mineral water, stir briefly.

To serve

Decorate the cocktail with a slice of lemon and some mint.
