Grilled platter
Ingredients
for 6 person
| 100 g | sour single cream |
| 1 | organic lemon, use grated zest and 1 tbsp of juice |
| ½ tsp | salt |
| a little | pepper |
| 200 g | radishes, very thinly sliced |
| 200 g | cucumbers, thinly sliced |
| 1 | green apple, cut into cubes |
| 6 | chipolatas |
| 6 slice | bacon |
| 2 | cervelat sausages |
| 2 | sausage spirals |
| 2 | grilled cheese |
| 50 g | raspberries |
| 4 tbsp | mild mustard |
| 1 tsp | liquid honey |
| 8 slice | bread (approx. 400 g) |
How it's done
Cucumber and radish salad
In a small bowl, mix the sour single cream with all the other ingredients up to and including the pepper. Add the radish, cucumber and apple, mix.
Charcoal/gas/electric grill
Wrap each chipolata in a rasher of bacon. With the lid down, grill the sausages and grilling cheese over/on a medium heat (approx. 200 °C) for approx. 10 mins., turning occasionally.
Raspberry mustard
Pass the raspberries through a sieve into a bowl. Add the mustard and honey, mix.
To serve
Serve the sausages and grilled cheese with the salad and mustard on a platter. Serve with the bread.
