Carrot cake latte

A carrot cake latte might sound a bit unusual – but that's precisely where the magic lies. This drink feels like a freshly baked carrot cake in a mug – naturally sweet, spicy and creamy.

Ingredients

for 4 glasses

carrots, peeled, chopped
Brazil nuts
6 tbsp vanilla whey protein powder
2 tsp cinnamon
4 tsp liquid honey
6 dl oat drink
a little  whipped cream from the can
a little  cinnamon, to dust

How it's done

Add the carrots to a blender along with all the other ingredients up to and including the oat drink, blend until very smooth, pour into glasses. Squirt the whipped cream on top, dust with cinnamon.
