Salad with ricotta and radishes
Ingredients
for 4 people
| 1 tsp | mustard |
| 1 tbsp | vinegar |
| 1 ½ tbsp | olive oil |
| ¼ tsp | salt |
| a little | pepper |
| ½ | mixed leaf salad, whole leaves |
| ½ bunch | radish, sliced |
| 30 g | walnut kernels, roasted, coarsely chopped |
| 100 g | ricotta |
| ½ bunch | chives, finely chopped |
How it's done
Dressing
In a small bowl, mix the mustard with all the other ingredients up to and including the pepper.
Salad
Place the salad, radishes and walnuts in a bowl, mix and plate up. Drizzle with the dressing, stir the ricotta and add to the salad along with the chives.
