Gochujang chilli hot chocolate

Creamy hot chocolate with a little kick – thanks to the Gochujang paste, this classic has an exciting, slightly spicy note. For anyone who loves chocolate but fancies something new.

Ingredients

for 4 glasses

Chocolate
8 dl oat drink (Barista)
3 tbsp cocoa powder
80 g dark chocolate, grated with a rösti grater
2 tbsp Gochujang paste (chili paste) (see below)
Decoration
1 tsp chilli flakes
1 tsp dark chocolate, finely grated

How it's done

Chocolate

Bring the oat drink to the boil, stirring with a whisk. Remove the pan from the heat, add the cocoa powder, chocolate and Gochujang paste, stir until the chocolate has melted, pour into the glasses.

Decoration

Garnish the hot chocolate with chilli flakes and chocolate.
