Gochujang chilli hot chocolate
Ingredients
for 4 glasses
| 8 dl | oat drink (Barista) |
| 3 tbsp | cocoa powder |
| 80 g | dark chocolate, grated with a rösti grater |
| 2 tbsp | Gochujang paste (chili paste) (see below) |
| 1 tsp | chilli flakes |
| 1 tsp | dark chocolate, finely grated |
How it's done
Chocolate
Bring the oat drink to the boil, stirring with a whisk. Remove the pan from the heat, add the cocoa powder, chocolate and Gochujang paste, stir until the chocolate has melted, pour into the glasses.
Decoration
Garnish the hot chocolate with chilli flakes and chocolate.
