Egg and cream cheese toast
Ingredients
for 4 pieces
| 150 g | cream cheese (Boursin with pepper) |
| 6 | eggs |
| ½ bunch | chives, finely chopped |
| ¼ tsp | salt |
| a little | pepper |
| 1 | avocado, crushed |
| 4 slice | whole-grain toast bread, roasted |
| 2 tbsp | Chili crunch |
How it's done
Eggs and cream cheese
Remove the cream cheese from the packaging, place in the centre of the prepared dish. Crack the eggs one at a time, spread around the cream cheese.
To bake
Approx. 25 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 180 °C. Remove, allow to cool slightly. Mix the eggs and cream cheese with a fork. Add the chives, mix in, season.
Toast
Spread the mashed avocado onto the slices of toast. Top with the egg mixture, drizzle with chilli crunch.
