Ingredients

for 1 person

Chilli pepper rim
2 cl lemon liqueur (e.g. limoncello)
½ tbsp coarse sea salt
¼ tsp Fine Food Piment d'Espelette AOC
20 g white chocolate, shaved into thin strips using a peeler
Cocktail
some  ice cubes
4 cl lemon liqueur (e.g. limoncello)
1 dl ginger beer

How it's done

Chilli pepper rim

Pour the limoncello into a deep dish. Mix the salt, piment d'Espelette and chocolate in a shallow dish. Dip the rim of the glass in the limoncello and then in the seasoned salt.

Cocktail

Fill the glass half full with ice cubes. Pour in the limoncello and ginger beer, stir briefly.
