Chia lassi bowl
Ingredients
for 4 person
| 1 | mango, peeled, chopped |
| 4 dl | water |
| 3 tbsp | sugar |
| 50 g | chia seeds |
| 600 g | plain greek yoghurt |
| 50 g | Cocoa Nibs |
| 125 g | red currants |
| 250 g | blackberries |
| 2 tbsp | liquid honey |
How it's done
Mango mixture
Place the mango (yields approx. 400 g), water and sugar in a measuring cup, puree. Add the chia seeds, mix, cover and leave to absorb in the fridge for at least 4 hrs. or overnight.
Bowl
Set aside 4 tbsp of the mango mixture. Set aside 1 tbsp of the cacao nibs. Mix the yoghurt with the remainder of the cacao nibs and the remainder of the mango mixture, divide into bowls. Drizzle with the reserved mango mixture, top with the berries and the reserved cacao nibs, add a drizzle of honey.
