Burrata with chicory and clementines
Ingredients

| 100 g | red chicory, roughly chopped |
| 2 | clementines peeled, in slices |
| 150 g | burrata |
| 1 tbsp | white balsamic vinegar |
| 1 tbsp | olive oil |
| 1 tbsp | soy sauce |
How it's done
Salad
Arrange the chicory, clementines and burrata on a platter. Mix the aceto, oil and soy sauce in a small bowl, drizzle over.
