Garlic pasta
Ingredients
for 2 people
| 1 tbsp | olive oil |
| 2 | garlic cloves, squeezed |
| 2 dl | full cream |
| 2 ½ dl | vegetable bouillon |
| 200 g | pasta (e.g. fusilli) |
| 40 g | grated Parmesan |
| 2 tbsp | fried onions |
How it's done
Pasta
Heat the oil in a wide pan. Add the garlic, sauté for approx. 2 mins. Pour in the cream and stock, bring to the boil. Add the pasta, reduce the heat, cover and simmer over low heat until the pasta is al dente. Add the cheese, mix. Plate up the pasta, top with fried onions.
