Kimchi cheese sandwich
Ingredients
for 2 people
| 150 g | brown bread, in 4 slices |
| 20 g | butter, soft |
| 150 g | raclette cheese in slices |
| 100 g | kimchi |
How it's done
Grilled cheese
Spread butter on both sides of the bread slices, then place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Distribute the cheese on the slices.
To bake
Approx. 8 mins. in the upper half of an oven preheated to 220 °C. Remove from the oven, distribute the kimchi over two slices, place the remaining slices of bread on top, and cut the sandwiches in half diagonally.
