Semolina pudding with pear
Ingredients
for 2 people
| 3 ½ dl | milk |
| 1 parcel | vanilla sugar |
| 50 g | durum wheat semolina |
| 30 g | dark chocolate, finely chopped |
| ½ | pear, cut into approx. 1 cm cubes |
| ½ | pear, cut in slices of 3 mm |
| ½ tbsp | lemon juice |
| ½ tsp | cinnamon |
How it's done
Semolina
Pour the milk and vanilla sugar into a saucepan, bring to the boil. Stir in the semolina, simmer for approx. 5 mins. over a very low heat, stirring constantly to form a thick paste. Add the chocolate, mix well, add the pear, fold in.
To serve
Arrange the semolina in small bowls, mix the pear with lemon juice, place it on top of the semolina, and sprinkle with cinnamon.
