Lemon vanilla shake
Ingredients
for 2 glasses
| 200 g | vegan Skyr Vanilla substitute |
| 1 ½ dl | vanilla soya drink |
| 1 | organic lemon, grated zest and 2 tbsp of juice |
| 100 g | crushed ice |
| 35 g | vegan protein powder (e.g. High Protein Vegan Neutral) |
| 2 tsp | vanilla sugar |
How it's done
Shake
Place the Skyr substitute in a blender along with all the other ingredients, puree, pour into the glasses.
