Ingredients

for 1 person

Hibiscus tea
1 bag hibiscus tea
½ dl water, hot
Cocktail
5 cl Lyre's Amaretti alcohol-free
2 cl lemon juice
1 cl orange juice
½ cl sugar syrup
some  ice cubes

How it's done

Hibiscus tea

Place the tea bag in a cup with the hot water, leave to cool. Remove the teabag.

Cocktail

Pour the Amaretti into the shaker along with all the ingredients up to and including several ice cubes, shake well for approx. 30 secs. Place several ice cubes in a glass, pour the cocktail into the glass through a fine sieve.

To serve

Carefully spoon ½ tbsp of hibiscus tea onto the cocktail so that it looks like a sunset.
